Dota 2: Dire Dota is Searching for a New Site Expert

Dire Dota, FanSided’s home for the best fan-written content on all things Dota 2, is looking for a new Site Expert!

Are you a passionate Dota 2 fan with strong opinions on all things involving its universe? Are you a seasoned blogger looking for a place to grow and develop as a writer and want to get your work out there for the world to see?

FanSided.com is currently searching for experienced writers with a deep knowledge and understanding of all things Dota 2 to take on the role of Site Expert here at Dire Dota.

Our expert roles are somewhat of a hybrid contractor position. The folks that fill these roles are relied upon to be the chief content providers for the site, as well as help edit contributor articles, network via the site’s social media accounts, and ultimately help us grow the community on site. The content can range from reporting of news and event recaps to editorial and opinion pieces. We tend to give our experts creative control over what they write to allow their passion and knowledge show through their original voices and unique perspectives.

Site Experts are given the freedom to run the site as they see fit from an editorial standpoint. We want our site experts to be viewed as the most knowledgeable in their respective area of expertise and we want to ensure that we’re offering readers a healthy mix of news and opinionated analysis.

FanSided offers a generous revenue-sharing plan for Site Experts. FanSided also offers room to expand within the network, with new full-time roles being added all the time.
