TI6: Dates, Times, and Results
TI6 kicks off with the Wildcards August 2 and the rest of the action continues through the 13th. We’ve put together all the need-to-know dates and times so you don’t miss a thing.
Valve is as tight lipped as ever about particulars. I would really love it if they put out a complete schedule a week or two in advance so I could, ya know, organize my life around the The International.
I just hope it’s not a repeat of last year. I missed some of my favorite teams playing because I didn’t have time to organize my work. Take the hint, Valve!
At least Valve released the dates for the three different stages TI6 is going to be broken up into. These stages include the Wildcards, the Group Stage, and the Main Event. All the details are below.
I’ll be watching for any updates and filling in start times, wins, and losses along the way. And I’ll be doing it all live with the help of my friend and co-writer, Dave Bronson!

Date: August 2
Escape Gaming vs CompLexity
Execration vs Ehome
Matches begin their broadcast at 9AM PDT.
Format: the Wildcards will be a double elimination Bo3 bracket with the top two teams moving on to the Group Stage.
